Stocking Shipping Claims

Please report all shortages, shipping damages, and defects within 15 business days of receipt

Drop-ship Shipping Claims

Please request the customer report any shortages, shipping damages, and defects within 10 business days of order receipt, as well as retain item(s) and all packaging

Returns

Any items may be returned in original condition and packaging within 30 calendar days of purchase date, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee per item

Refunds & Claims

Refunds and claims will not be provided without authorization

All returned items must be unused and in original condition and original packaging

Food or chemical items may not be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please provide your account name, order number, and the item you wish to return.
We will issue an RMA number that must be written on the return shipping label.
Please insure and track any returned packages.
Credits will be made upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed refund, partial refund, in-store credit, or refusal of the returned items.
