• Each socket has a generous, 20" long shaft with a steel spiral around it to remain stable in soil
• 5.5" diameter plate tops the auger, with 4 steel walls on it to accommodate a 4 x 4 post (not included)
• A pair of threaded rods join this top sleeve, and the nuts on each end can be tightened to secure a post
• Large bolts through the 2 side holes can also be used to keep a post in place
• Sockets are crafted from hardy steel and sport a tan, powder coated finish for elemental protection
