This dynamic, cast iron pump is perfect for wells up to 25' deep, and will certainly run reliably for seasons of use. Its rugged casing creates a hardy unit, while the attached, factory preset pressure switch operates the pump between 30 and 50 PSI. It also automatically shuts off if the pressure increases too much, protecting the pump from damage. The sturdy, threaded inlet accepts 1 1/4" NPT pipe, which may be increased to 1 1/2" NPT pipe if farther away from the water. The top outlet accepts 1" FNPT pipe, and can be directed to a service line or water tank. This robust, single phase motor can be used with either 115 or 230 volt power sources, and the glass filled, thermoplastic impeller keeps water moving efficiently. Prime the unit prior to first use, to protect it, and the 1 horsepower, 3450 RPM motor will run faithfully for all your in home watering needs.
